Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating our service and providing planning advice.
Consultation Clients: When you book and pay for a 1-to-1 consultation via Google Calendar and Stripe, we may collect your name and email, appointment details, payment confirmation, any information you submit about your project. Legal basis: processing necessary for the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in defending against potential professional liability claims.
3. Who We Share Data With
We use trusted service providers to help us operate our website and deliver services, such as appointment scheduling, payments, and analytics. These providers may process personal data on our behalf, or where applicable, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. How Long We Store Data
General enquiries: retained for up to 12 months unless needed longer for follow-up.
Consultation bookings and related data: retained for up to 5 years, in line with professional indemnity risk management for architectural services, and for the defence of legal claims.
